I wholeheartedly recommend Total Roofing! They did a fantastic job on our chimney flashing after a previous company (ShowMe Roofing—steer clear of them) replaced our roof but neglected the flashing and didn’t even shingle the cricket. Total Roofing was easy to work with; they took their time and ensured the flashing and cricket were done properly. Look at the before and after photos—they do beautiful work!

I’d like to give a shout out to Total Roofing…. Jeremy, our lead person was easy to work with, informative and likeable. We had a slight delay in getting started due to rain but we had no worries since we were kept in the loop. It is refreshing when a company does not make a client feel “we’ll get to you when we get to you”. The crew arrived 15 min. early 6:30am and promptly got to work. This crew came in, kicked booty, cleaned up, even going through the yard with a magnet and was cleared out by about 5pm. Besides a new roof, there was not a shred of evidence they were even here!! One thing I really like was a lead person being here the entire time, on the ground overseeing the job and it was a plus the owner stopping at the end of the day… Highly recommend Total Roofing.

Total Roofing was awesome. They were very thorough and walked me through the whole process with my insurance company too. The rep even came and met the insurance adjuster here for their inspection. Total Roofing STL (especially Carlos) was excellent and easy to work with for our total home roof replacement plus upgrades. Any delays experienced were due to our insurance company but TRSTL battled with them every step of the way on our behalf, which made the whole process painless. They also supplied us with multiple options for certain upgrades and/or code-dependent changes that needed to be made. I highly recommend Total Roofing to anyone.

I was very pleased with the replacement of my roof by Total Roofing. Mike Augustine was very helpful with working with my insurance company and answered all my questions. It only took a day to replace my roof and they were very careful in protecting my home and landscaping from any falling debris. Everything was cleaned up and they made sure all nails were cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Total Roofing to anyone that has hail or wind damage. They are very professional and very reliable.

My experience with Total Roofing was phenomenal. I needed a new roof due to storm damage and on the day of the damage, Austin from Total Roofing, came over that evening to assess the damage and placed several tarps on my roof to prevent any water leakage or further damage.
