Mike the owner was our first contact in the process. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful with the insurance claim, and explained the entire process to us. Sid was the foreman on the job site. Sid was high energy, very respectful, and wanted nothing but the best result. Both were a pleasure to work with. We have a really complex roof. They were done with everything in a day and a half from tear off to new skylight installation to new roof. It was amazing to see how fast it all happened, including cleanup. Thanks gents!

Total Roofing did an excellent job start to finish. Harrison was my first initial contact. He walked my roof with the insurance adjuster. He was up front about what would be covered and likely not covered. I dealt with the owner Mike a couple times. Mike tells it straight. Answered all my insurance and advice questions honestly. Jess was the glue throughout the process. If I had a question on schedule, she didn't lead me on, gave me real expectations. She always responded same day with questions. Roofing color, invoicing, gutters, scheduling, and anything else you can think of (I ask a lot of questions.) Jess always traveled to collect payment which I appreciate because I stay busy. She always provided pictures when needed. The team works well together and you can tell they stay busy but on top of it all. If you have a lead time with Total Roofing, ask yourself if you're willing to sacrifice what you want and quality for a quicker install. I didn't want a lesser product. These folks had my roof installed in less than 7 hours(including removing the old one.) They are top notch.
